Bongani is a researcher and strategist with close to a decade of experience in rigorous scientific inquiry, applied research design and academic instruction — translating complex technical problems into structured, evidence-based analysis.

His expertise in experimental design, data analysis and hypothesis testing transfers directly to strategic diagnostics, theory-of-change development and evidence synthesis, backed by an extensive record in teaching, mentorship and capacity development.

Nicholas is the quantitative anchor of Solid Rock's practice — a statistical modeller specialising in advanced data analysis, complex systems modelling and empirical research design.

His PhD centred on Bayesian modelling for multivariate extreme value analysis. He brings applied expertise in econometrics, machine learning, quantitative climate research, market risk consulting and financial model validation — including analysis that has shaped policy and reporting frameworks in sectors such as education.

He has also worked across clinical therapeutic areas including Oncology, Respiratory and Rheumatology, and anchors Solid Rock's Learning & Development capability in quantitative skills training.

Tafadzwa is a Chartered Financial Analyst specialising in financial modelling, risk analytics and economic systems analysis.

He has contributed to the development and validation of financial models used in banking and financial markets — including liquidity risk frameworks, ISDA-SIMM model validation and scenario-based risk tools — and has researched links between carbon emissions, GDP growth and financial system dynamics.
